ABOUT OUR CAR RENTAL SERVICE
Is a security deposit mandatory?
Yes, a security deposit is required for all vehicle rentals, whether by certified bank check or bank transfer. The deposit must be provided when collecting the vehicle and is returned upon its safe return. The deposit is only retained in the event of damage to the rented vehicle.
What is the minimum age required to rent a car?
We offer the rental of all our vehicles to clients aged at least 23 years old. Only our city cars are available for clients aged 18 and above and/or holders of a probationary driving license.
Is there a cancellation fee for a reservation?
Yes, reservations can be cancelled up to one calendar week before the scheduled rental date. However, if a deposit has been paid, it will not be refunded. To cancel a reservation, simply contact us by phone or visit one of our agencies.
Does the vehicle need to be collected at the agency, or can it be delivered?
For rentals with chauffeur service, the vehicle is delivered directly to the pickup location specified during your reservation. For self-drive rentals without chauffeur service, the vehicle must be collected at the agency. Delivery for self-drive rentals may be available upon request with additional charges.
Is additional insurance required for a rental?
No, all vehicles provided by Haimour International are already insured. No additional insurance is required from our clients.
Can a car rental reservation be modified?
In most cases, yes, provided that you inform us at least 24 hours before the reservation date. You may modify the pickup time, pickup location, destination (for chauffeur services or with additional charges for self-drive rentals), rental duration, and, if available, the selected vehicle. For any modifications, please contact us by phone or visit one of our agencies directly.
